Andover Economic Evaluation is the research
and consulting entity of Thomas Grannemann, Ph.D. Since March 2008, Dr. Grannemann has been
serving as the Associate Regional Administrator for Fee-for-Service Medicare
in the Boston Regional Office of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
Consequently he has curtailed his independent research and consulting work. AndoverEcon is not
currently available for project work that would create a conflict of interest with Dr. Grannemann's
current role in the management of Medicare in New England. Dr. Grannemann may be available in limited
situations to contribute to outside research, professional activities, or writing on healthcare
policy issues.
